DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Price is determined at the time of purchase by the estimated weight of the items you have selected. We are currently shipping packages on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with delivery confirmation. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details along with its delivery confirmation information*. Please note, APO and FPO addresses do not allow for delivery confirmation and delivery times may vary. Because of this, we are not responsible for lost packages sent to these addresses.

*Elle's Studio, LLC is not responsible for packages that show delivery has occurred. Please contact your local Post Office for missing packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Price is determined at the time of purchase by the estimated weight of the items you have selected. We are currently shipping packages on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details. At checkout, you can choose to ship your package First Class or Priority Mail. Elle’s Studio, LLC. recommends you ship your package Priority Mail and will cover the extra cost of insurance and provide the tracking data via email when you do ship your package via Priority Mail. The US Postal Service does not have insurance or tracking data available for packages shipped via First Class mail, therefore, Elle’s Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped this way.

RETURN POLICY
We currently do not accept returns at this time. If there was an error with your order, please contact us, within 3 business days of receiving your package so we can quickly correct any issues you may have.
